Signing in
There are no passwords. Enter your email and we send you a link and a 6-digit code; either one signs you in, once, within 15 minutes. On a phone, the link may open in a different browser than the one you started in; if that happens, go back to the page you started from and type the code instead. If the email doesn't arrive, check your Updates or Spam folder, and add [email protected] to your contacts. You stay signed in for 30 days on that device.
Your chart and your birth time
Your date, time and city of birth are enough. The time matters: your rising sign moves a degree every four minutes. If you don't know it, tick "I don't know my birth time"; you still get your planets, your Vedic Moon, your BaZi pillars, your numbers and most of the forecast, and we leave out what needs a time rather than guess. A birth certificate usually records the time. You can make a new chart any time, and keep several in one account.
Saving, moments and answers
A chart made without an account is deleted after 30 days. Sign in and it is saved to your account, with everything you add: your moments (dated events in your own words, placed on your life map), your answers to the questions the readings ask, and every reading and edition you open, which stay in your library. Readings build on what you tell them: your words outrank the chart.
Membership
Your portrait, chart, forecast calendar and life map are free. Membership adds the written readings and the editions that arrive every Monday and on the 1st. Paid memberships renew monthly until you cancel. To cancel or change plans: Account, then Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your first month is covered by a 14-day guarantee: within 14 days of paying, choose the refund in Account and the full amount goes back to your card while the membership ends at once. If something else went wrong with a payment, write to us. Membership is bought on this website; the phone app signs you in to the same account.
Editions and emails
Your Week is written the first time you open it each week, and kept. Your Month, the Weekly Codex and the Monthly Deep Codex work the same way, depending on your plan. We email you when a new edition is ready; every email has a one-click link to stop them, and you can turn them off from your library.
Each Monday your library also asks which days of last week stood out for you. You answer before seeing which days the clocks had flagged, and the answer is kept with what was flagged. Over the weeks that becomes your record: how often a flagged day stood out, against how often an ordinary day did, system by system. It is counted, never written, and it is yours to read; it only ever adds up when four or more weeks have been marked. Skipping a week leaves it out.
Inner Circle members can open their book from the library: everything written for a chart, with the chapter, the portrait and their moments, as one document to print or save as a PDF.
Languages
Choose a language from the menu in the top bar or in your account. New readings and editions are written in that language; the page text follows for most languages. The portrait and a few live labels are in English for now.

Everything personal is encrypted before it is stored. From your account you can download all of your data, delete any chart, or delete your account and everything in it, immediately and permanently.
